Article 1 These regulations cover the grant of Trainer's licenses recognized by the Asian Dancesport Federation (ADSF). Article 2 (AIMS) The aims are: a) To certify the Trainers b) To improve the qualification of Trainers. c) To contribute to the promotion and the development of Dancesport in Asia. Article 3 The ADSF Trainer will be granted a license in one of the following classificatio n. 1)Category A 2)Category B 3)Category C Article 4 Trainers in each category will be recognized as follows. 1)Category A Trainer - whole of Asia. 2)Category B Trainer - A National License of Area granted by ADSF. 3)Category C Trainer - A National License only. Article 5 Minimum requirements for Trainers license. 1)As a minimum Category A Trainer must: a)Hold an IDSF or ADSF Adjudicators qualification. b)Be recommended by the National Member as a suitably qualified Trainer. c)Pass an ADSF examination. 2)pplicants for a Category B license qualification must be recommended by the AD SF National Member as a suitably qualified Trainer. 3)Applicants for a Category C license qualificationmust be recommended by the A DSF National Member as a suitably qualified Trainer. Article 6 (Applications) Applicants for a Trainer Licenses must be made to ADSF through and by ADSF Natio nal Members. Article 7 Recognition and Issue of Licenses: Trainers resognized by ADSF must pay a Registration Fee(for 2 years)to the Bank account nominated in the Bylaw. On receipt of the registration fee,ADSF may register the Trainer and issue the l icense. The license will be sent to ADSF National Member. Article 8 The Registration fee paid to ADSF is not be refundablefor any reason. Article 9 To renew the license,Trainers must apply and pay the registration fee to ADSF th rough the ADSF National Member at least one month prior to the expiry of the exi ting license. Article 10 The others ADSF shall have the authority to make decisions on matters not covers by these r egulations. Article 11 These regulations are effective from 1st January 1999. |

This bylaw describes the procedure necessary to obtain
recognition as a Trainer from the Asian Dancesport Federation
(hereinafter ADSF). Article 2 (The Application) Applicants are required to complete the ADSF Trainer's Application Form(Article 8) and to apply through and by their ADSF National Member.(added) Article 3 (The Qualification) 1.Applicants for Trainer's Licenses must have the theoretical and technical know ledge,leadership and ethical character suitable for Trainers of Dancesport as an Olympic Sport. 2.Applicants must pass an examination. This examination may be given by ADSF Nati onal Member or a body accredited by ADSF. The ADSF Trainer's Examination will be approved by ADSF Technical Committee 3.Persons holding IDSF or ADSF adjudicator licenses are exempted from the examin ation. 4.The Minimum requirements necessary to apply for a Trainer's License are as fel lows:Membership in an ADSF National Member,and recommendation by their National Member.The Technical Committee may impose other requirements on applicants if it decides that it is necessary. And Added Items) Category A Licensee must 1.hold a Category B License. 2.have no less than two years'practice as a trainer since being recognized as a Category B Licensee 3.pass the ADSF Trainer's Examination Category B Licensee must 1.hold a Category C License 2.have no less than two year's practice as a trainer since being recognized as a Category B Licensee. 3.attend ADSF Trainer's Congress Category C Licensee must 1.attend an ADSF Trainer's Congress Article 4(Added Article) (ADSF Technical Committee) The ADSF Technical Committee comprises the President, the Secretary,the Sport Dir ector,the Treasurer and the Advisory Director of ADSF. The ADSF Technical Committee shall approve the Trainer's Congress recognized by ADSF National Member and prepare the Category A License Examination. This Committee may approve appropriate persons as a advisors according to need. Article 5(Added Article) (Trainer's Congress) ADSF Trainer's Congresses will be organised by ADSF National Member and approved by the ADSF Technical Committee. The topics to be covered at the Congress must conform to the ADSF Technical Comm ittee's Guidelines(see attached-Annex A). Article 6 (The Ceasing of the Qualification or Annulment)Trainer's Licenses will be withdrawn by ADSF in the following circumstances: 1.When an adjudicator's qualification in IDSF or ADSF lapses. 2.If the application includes untrue statements. 3.If the license holder acts dishonorably in relation to ADSF or Dancesport. 4.If he license fee is not paid by the due date. Article 5 (The registration fee) 1.The annual registration fee paid to ADSF is US?20.00. Trainers must pay two year's fees in a lump sum while applying. 2.The fee will be paid to account designated by ADSF.
